The sixth general assembly and convention of the Hotel Association of Bhaktapur was successfully held today. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Kiran Thapamagar, Minister for Health of Bagmati Province.

The first phase of the general assembly was conducted under the chairmanship of the association’s president, Satyaram Suwal. On the same day, a new executive committee was formed through the convention, with Kritan Awal elected as the new president. An 11-member executive committee was unanimously elected under Awal’s leadership.

Sujan Hada was unanimously elected as the First Vice President, Suman Datheputhe as the Second Vice President, Ranjit Marikhu as the Secretary, and Kailash Dhaubanjhar as the Treasurer. The elected members include Sneha Maske, Urmila Jadhari, Roshan Gwacha, Mrigendra Shrestha, Harishyam Shrestha, and Jeevan Gosai.

The general assembly was inaugurated by Bagmati Province’s Minister for Health, Kiran Thapa.

The event was attended by several dignitaries including Chief District Officer of Bhaktapur, Gopal Prasad Aryal, President of Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Roshni Dhaubanjar, Chief of Police Madhav Budhathoki, among others.
